Austin Meeting Rooms
Take advantage of our versatile Austin meeting room space. For events intimate and grand, our versatile Austin venues blend world-class service and amenities with inspired catering.

Nature-surrounded outdoor space, including an amphitheater overlooking the Colorado River, the LBJ Pavilion and Riversong Lawn, provide an array of venues for photographs, ceremonies or receptions. 
To ensure your event at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.

Indoor Venues
Ballrooms
Lost Pines Ballroom
Offering 16,000 square feet of meeting facilities, the elegantly appointed Lost Pines Ballroom is an inviting space in which to host your most important functions. Warm colors reflect the hues of the surrounding landscape, while mezzanine balconies, reminiscent of the Texas Opera Houses, pay tribute the cultural history of this great state. Open a conference with a thrilling light show to a theater-style audience of more than 1,700 guests. Plan an industry trade show, complete with 80 full-size exhibits. Adjacent pre-function areas and outdoor terraces create welcoming areas for buffet set-ups, coffee breaks or event registration and information tables.

The Baron's Ballroom
Conveniently situated close to the Lost Pines Ballroom, this junior ballroom can be used on its own or in conjunction with events taking place in the larger ballroom. A shared pre-function hallway makes it simple for attendees to move between the rooms. Rich colors and elegant lighting set the scene for a delightful event in any number of set-ups in this flexible venue. Create six classrooms for training sessions with groups of 45 each, or brain-storming for new product ideas in teams of 15 in hollow-square format. The Baron’s Ballroom can also accommodate up to 38 full-size exhibit booths, as well as over 600 for a formal banquet and 800 for a classic reception.

Leatherstocking Hall
Comprised of five meeting rooms and a pre-function area, Leatherstocking Hall is ideal for small to mid-sized events. Each room can host theater-style set ups ranging from 40 to 110 attendees, classrooms for 20 to 50 or seated banquets with 30 to 80 guests. Several offer windows and terraces, perfect for coffee breaks during sunny weather. Situated near both ballrooms, and across from the business center, these rooms can also be used for luncheons, both seated or buffet, for conference attendees in the main ballrooms.

Colonists Hall
Enjoy easy access to the ballrooms and outdoor function areas with this collection of mid-sized salons.  Gather together department heads for planning meetings in boardroom set-ups for 20, or arrange continuing education courses for colleagues in set ups with capacity from 30 to 130. Host your top clients in a private reception for 200, or toast to your most successful sales teams in an exclusive dinner for 100 guests.
Outdoor Venues
Enjoy a panoramic view of the river, golf course or pool for an evening reception after a demanding day of meetings or a company golf tournament.  Lost Pines offers numerous outdoor venues ranging from lawns and terraces to pavilions and the putting green, which can accommodate groups from 15 to over 7,500. 

Host live entertainment, arrange an intricate theme party in an air-conditioned tent or simply take in the marvelous scenery while enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.  Allow our meeting planners and catering staff to help you create a memorable event, perfect for your specific group.
